Packing & Delivery

Packaging Details:

Packaging: Each piece will be packed inside one seperate gift box. Then they will be filled into export cartons. Since the crystals are fragile products, which are easy to break in transit. So we usually add PE foam inside both of the inner gift box and outer cartons. So they are much safer during the transportation.

The customized packing way is also available.

Delivery:

For small order, you can make the delivery by air or by express through Fedex, DHL, UPS, TNT etc.

For the bulk order, you can make the delivery by sea. The loading port is available from FOB Ningbo and Shnaghai, which is very close to our workshop.

-Yes, we provided that. Proofing needs pay for that, but if your order is a large quantity, the proofing fee maybe for free,the

-Sample fee will be deducted when the full amount is paid.(Margin is based on the actual country)

3. Can you design for us?

-Yes, we can. We also can modify your design if you need, support for AI and PDF file formats.

4. How soon we can get a sample?

-After all the material&design being confirmed, the sample time is 3-5 days and Express delivery usually needs around 3-7 days.
