The color varieties have been continuously updated and simplified in the continuous export trade of GMT Chunmee tea. The colors commonly used in the export trade of Chumee Green tea include Tezhen, Zhenmei, Yucha, Xiumei, Gongxi, and tea slices. Customers might give them different names.
Based on these colors, they are divided into different grades and their corresponding different trade standard tea numbers.
In the trade exchanges with the importing countries of Chunmee Green Tea, such as Northwest Africa and the Middle East, we learned that the imported Chunmee tea from Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, and other countries only pay attention to the appearance, that is, the sample evaluation in trade mainly focuses on the shape, color, and overall appearance of the tea. Crush, clarity,y, and another dry evaluation basis, never open soup evaluation. Usually, we call this type of traded tea "Shape Tea.”
In addition, some customers, such as importers from Mali, Mauritania, Chad, and other countries, must prepare the soup and test samples, mainly using small iron pots to make tea for evaluation. We generally refer to such trade teas as "flavored teas.”
Chun Mee Green Tea is a popular green tea. It has a dusty appearance and is generally more acidic and less sweet than other green teas. The tea is divided into several grades with numbers. Some examples are: 41022, 4011, 9371, 8147, 9367, 9366, 3008 or 3009.
The number 9371 Chunmee Green Tea is SP. Chun Mee 1 grade from our customer has a dusty appearance and is generally more acidic and less sweet than other green teas. This ever-popular tea has a bright flavor, light tangy sweetness, and a toasty warm, clean finish, making it an excellent Green Tea during the day or night, with a nice well-rounded flavor and aftertaste.
Chun mee tea, together with Assam Bukial tea, has been studied to observe the infusion rate of caffeine. The study found that caffeine diffusion through the tea leaves was greatly hindered.

“We’ve enjoyed all the teas in the sample. We used all the teas as iced tea. They were all excellent. I understand that most teas are reviewed and used as hot teas, but I would encourage iced tea users to try them and enjoy them. Such wonderful flavors and no bitterness. For iced tea: 3 TBS for 3 min per 2 cups at 200 degrees. Steep for 3 to 4 minutes. Add ice to make 4 cups.”
